I've been really busy with platinum hunting. Here are the games I've conquered in the interim:

91. Shadow of Loot Box, a really stupid game mocking game development and microtransactions. Really short but filled with RNG madness. It took me hours to get enough experience from the loot boxes to get the final trophy.

92. Word Sudoku, again. This time it was the PS4 version. The solutions were EZ and I needed to glut the list to get to #100.

93: FreezeME. Finally got this turd out of my toilet. Got the last 12 cubes, opened the last levels, and only died twice getting to Fat the Cat.

94: The Gardens Between. While you only use the analog stick and X button, the time manipulation puzzles are really devious. I also missed two trophies because I didn't pay attention to the video guide I was looking at. Still very beautiful.

95: A HAT IN FREKING TIME. FINALLY! I love this game, I do, but the last trophies are pure evil. Still it was a fun game to play and I might play it on PC to do the Seal the Deal DLC for kicks and giggles. :)

96: Ratchet and Clank, so that makes my Backlog Pyramid a little more complete...

So only four games left to #100, and I will reveal my plans for them now. First...

You knew this was coming.

I was a big fan of Spyro the Dragon back in the day, and these games kept the hell-bending challenges that made them so love/hate you back on the old PSX. Now they are more hateful with the 3D HD graphics and orchestrated music. ^_^

So yeah, I will try hell and high water to get at least one of these as #97-99, hopefully all three for...

Yeah, this is going to be my 100th platinum because of ProfessorPalmer, Twitchighspirits, and Bowiethehero when they did a four-part video series of their twitchstream of the Platinum Percent speedrun of this game. I think this game will be the one to crown my first 100. I know it will mean a lot of work to avoid any other games until this happens but I have faith.

Happy Halloween, everyone! I know it's a week ahead of schedule, but I plan on doing a lot of platinum trophies involving monsters, ghosts and other spooky/goofy games. Well, not horror titles, I hate those, but those in the spirit of the season. ;)

Having reached 85 platinums now, I am in the home stretch for my triple digit breaker so I want to get these games out of the cabinet before they turn into shambling zombies. XD

My Fall Backlog drawing (work in progress)

Someone on the PSNProfiles forums drew an amazing image of the characters from all the games she finished in a summer camp setting, so I had to do something similar for the five games I was working on for my Fall Backlog challenge. I'm more of a freeform artist, though, so the beginning is a bit iffy.

General: Everyone attending a Halloween costume party!

Left: The hero of Dragon Quest Builders hammering up a Dracky ornament while Pippa is breaking her heart because she wants him to dance with her.

Bottom(unfinished): Ogden from Dragon Fantasy dressed up like Protoman while Rock Man is at his side.

Bottom-right (not drawn): Oliver and Esther from Ni no Kuni, dressed as Link and Zelda respectively, dancing the funky chicken.

Right: Drippy, dressed as Tingle, yelling at Mesmoroth to stop hogging the punch!

Back(not drawn yet): Chase McCain in his robber disguise sneaking snacks from the snack table. :)

Have no idea what I was thinking picking up this trainwreck of a game. Fill-a-Pix puzzles are not meant for speed runs. :(

Spring Cleaning Superlate

I am finally doing some belated "summer cleaning" of my PS4: I am going through all of my old accounts, cleaning out the backlogs of games I liked, and then DELETING THE ACCOUNTS. This way I will lose a lot of games but that is good because then I can focus on the important games and not get tempted to do something else when I get bored. (I have ROMhack Randomizers and stuff like The Sims 4, I don't need extra PS4 titles.)

Also, some of the libraries are... rather ugly. :(

So I am going to go through all of my backlogs, extract the games that I am going to platinum for sure, download them, platinum them, and then delete the accounts so that the entire library on that account is erased forever. Yep, I will lose the ability to play those games unless I buy them again, but this way I can assure myself that I am finally done with those games because I know I won't re-purchase a game unless I want to do it for a speed-run.

Here are the games on my old accounts, with the ones I will play highlighted in blue and those I have gotten 100% on my current account are in purple. For the sake of not allowing network thieves to steal my accounts, I have given code names to my old accounts based on Pokemon names. (The sprites are taken from Google and not my own.) Those games I am on the fence about will be highlighted in green, but I will probably change them to blue eventually.

Deponia is not an option because I didn't really like the story and I am never touching Bastion again because, while I did get through it, it was tough and the trophies for clearing the special dungeons are impossible for me to do.

Unravel is getting platinumed because it's part of a year-long personal challenge.
